We need people to sign up for the following items (some are time, some are food/beverage items needed).  Please let us know what you would like to sign up to help with!
 
Set Up: 
10:00am - 11:30am

Food/Drink Sales:
12:00pm-2:00pm
2:00-4:00
4:00-6:00
6:00-8:00pm

Clean-Up/Tear-Down
8:00-9:30pm

Apple pies or Pumpkin pies

Quick-Set Canopy - shade (or possible light sprinkle protection) for bands & food tables
