It has been a long year since I was the first recipient of the generosity of the Portneuf Gap Project. I have tried many times to send a note of what the Portneuf Gap has meant to both myself and my husband. It's hard to accept the generosity of others sometimes.
Because of a previous cancer experience I am not eligible to any insurance. and then when I thought we were going to loose our home or possibly worse due to being diagnosed a second time with cancer some very dear ladies I knew answered a call from God and listened to directions and formed "The Portneuf Gap Project"
So what does this mean to me. It means that God answers prayer, it means that people do listen when God speaks, it means that there are always people that have loving hearts and are willing to step up and help, when help is needed. The Portneuf Gap holds a very dear spot in our hearts, and we will continue to support the events that are planned to help others and give back.
Thank you Portneuf Gap for giving me back the faith I thought I had lost.
Very Sincerely
Carol Fraire |

What a fabulous project. Having been on the side of massive medical expenses, it's refreshing to see caring persons out there step forward. If you can help this project; step up; step forward. Maybe you can't help financially, but could donate your time to help these ladies with the hardwork of this non-profit. May the good Lord bless each of you and bless your project beyond your wildest imagination. |

It has been great to see the generousity of businesses like The Outback Golf Park, The Popcorn Shop, Intermountian Beverage, Changing Seasons, Barrie's, Maple Street Sit-n-sleep, and more! Also, the members of the community who care about each other and support the efforts of The Portneuf Gap Project. |
